This book killed 77 people?

Fjordman’s blog entries and book is the main ideological inspiration behind the terrorist Anders Behring Breivik’s attack in Oslo July 22th 2011, which killed 77 innocent people. In the 1500 page manifesto published by the terrorist the one hour before the bombing, Fjordman is quoted 39 times in full and mentioned 76 times! On page 962 of his manifesto, he even recommends using one of Fjordmans writings, “A European Declaration of Independence”, as a preamble to letters with death treats to politicians that he considers encourage muslim immigration.
According to the terrorist Breivik: “To my great surprise I found that Fjordman had written about many of the same topics I was writing about. The only difference being that he was a professional essay writer and I was not. Our views are quite similar with the exception of me being an actual armed resistance fighter. I had researched hundreds of writers in the past, many of whom are good. However, I really felt a connection to Fjordmans essays. He is most likely the most talented right wing essay writer in Europe” (Manifesto page 1405)
This book purports conspiracy theories that dehumanize a religious minority to an extent that it encourages ethnic cleansing and promotes a (future) civil war. It should be considered as poisonous and evil as previous conspiracy theories such as “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”.
With the possible exception of Vidkun Quizling, it is hard to imagine any political writers from Norway more detestable than Fjordman. I hope that mental hospitals have capacity to give proper care to Fjordman and those of his readers that actually subscribe to his rabid theories of “Eurabia” and a hostile planned muslim takeover of Europe.
